The Biology Graduate Students Association (BGSA) is a student organization representing graduate students and postdocs in McGill's Department of Biology. We host and organize a variety of social and academic events each year — from social nights at Thomson House to group seminars, workshops, and Department Day. With the arrival of spring comes a change in BGSA leadership. Starting April 1st, BGSA members can now nominate themselves to serve on the 2026-2027 BGSA executive and representative committees. Please use this link to self-nominate. Many executives and representatives are stepping down, and we really need people to step up to maintain and continue improving the student experience. Please check out this document for role descriptions.
